The Big Picture Overview

Proper peptide application is easy and simple, but it must be done in the correct order.

To help you learn the process faster, we’ve provided a video on how to apply your research peptides. However, please make sure to read the explanation below the video. Each step affects accuracy and stability, and skipping details can lead to inconsistent results.

Step-by-step overview
01 Sanitization

Maintain Sterility

Before handling vials, syringes, or any solution, make sure your workspace is clean and controlled. Contamination can affect stability and introduce unwanted variables into your research process.

Sanitization Checklist:

  • Wash hands thoroughly
  • Use an alcohol swab on vial caps
  • Prepare on a clean, dry surface
  • Use a new syringe (no reuse)
  • Avoid touching needle tips
02 Deciding Concentration

mg per mL Ratio

The right concentration makes micro-dosing easier. Too concentrated is hard to measure; too dilute makes the injection volume too large.

Calculation Example (10mg Vial):

10mg Peptide + 2mL BAC Water = 5mg/mL

Dosing Guide:

  • 0.5mg → 0.1mL
  • 1.0mg → 0.2mL
  • 2.0mg → 0.4mL
03 Reconstitution

Reconstitution

Dissolve the lyophilized powder using BAC water. Inject slowly down the inner wall of the vial to avoid foam and bubbles.

  • Draw BAC water with a 3mL syringe
  • Insert the needle into the peptide vial
  • Inject slowly via the inner wall
  • Let it dissolve naturally and swirl gently (do not shake)

Best practice: let the solution rest for 5–10 minutes to stabilize.

04 Dosing

Dosing Accuracy

Use a 0.5mL syringe for high precision. Pull the solution slowly to avoid air bubbles that can disturb the dose volume.

05 Application

Injection Site

Choose the most comfortable area. The abdomen is the most common because it is easy to reach and clearly visible.

Safety Reminder: never use the same syringe more than once.

06 Storage

Storage

Before Reconstitution (Powder)

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

After Reconstitution (Liquid)

  • Store in the refrigerator (2°C - 4°C)
  • Keep in the back corner of the fridge (more stable temperature)
  • Avoid shaking and repeated temperature changes

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Shaking the vial aggressively

Injecting BAC water too quickly

Touching needle tips

Not sanitizing vial tops

Using incorrect concentration calculations

Storing peptides at unstable temperatures

Reusing syringes
